Session Abstract:

Imposters taking high-stakes exams remains an issue.

Example 1:-

The BBC reported, " T he head of the DSA's fraud team, Andy Rice, said: "It is quite common for them to do over 100, sometimes over 200 tests, before we're in a position to arrest them. It potentially could be into the tens of thousands."

For each we will;

· Present the problem.

· Present an example of the solution.

· Provide a brief (15 minute) exercise showing participants how the solution can work in practice and getting them to solve a scenario-based problem.

Presenter Bio:

Denis Saunders is the founder and Managing Director of Calibrand the Currency for Talent®.  He has worked in the training and education marketplace for 20 years.  Educated at Imperial College, London University and completing an MBA at the University of Bradford Management Centre, he moved to the city to implement systems and controls after the stock market crash of the late eighties.  From 1990 he worked for the UK government on a consultancy basis and set up Calibrand (formerly Tecsys) to provide services in testing and tracking people.  Denis is currently a member of the Real Time Club, an organization involved in setting the strategic thinking for the IT industry. Calibrand provide solutions which assess, measure, monitor, track and test people through periods of employment and training, they provide the assessment software for the UK’s ‘Life in the UK’ test.
